Since 2019, The Arroyo Group has supported over 30 mission-minded landowners to explore and create new affordable housing developments.

For these projects, we design a development plan, supported by all key stakeholders, which is physically feasible and economically beneficial to its community. Acting as the landowner’s representative, we then help structure fair partnerships with developers to ensure the realization of the intended outcomes. In our projects with religious congregations in Southern California, we work closely with our partners in the Congregational Land Committee.
